Providing Evidence-Based Psychotherapy for Children, Teens, and Young Adults

Therapy for minds trapped in anxious, intrusive thought cycles

Do you ever feel like your mind just won’t shut off, like intrusive thoughts keep looping no matter what you do? Maybe you feel stuck doing certain routines or rituals just to feel "okay" for a little while. It can be exhausting, confusing, and really isolating. If this sounds familiar, you might be dealing with OCD or anxiety. But here’s the truth: you’re not broken, and you’re definitely not alone. There is a way forward, and things can get better.

Let’s Meet Rachel

Let’s get you unstuck!

Hi, I’m Rachel, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), and I’m passionate about helping children, teens, and adults ride the waves of anxiety and OCD to reclaim their lives!

Office Locations

I offer a hybrid practice, meaning therapy sessions can be held in person at West Los Angeles or Encino offices, or virtually via a HIPAA-compliant video platform for anyone in California or Florida.
